RECOMMENDED WALKS:

Spronserseen (Sopranes lakes):
A unique landscape in the heart of the Texel Group. There are altogether 7 lakes embedded in an alpine landscape. An excellent hike for trained hikers: walk duration between 6 and 8 hours.

Mutspitze (2295m):
Form the Tirol mountains you can enjoy one of the most spectacular views of the whole Burggrafenamt area.
Walk duration from the top station of the cableway: 2,5 hours. For more expert hikers it is a simple walk without any problems.

Tschöggelberg:
Along the mount ridge between Meran and Bozen many different walks are possible.
The walks are especially beautiful in spring and autumn as the landscape is greatly diversified.

Schnalstal:
An absolutely uncontaminated alpine landscape right in the heart of the Texel Group Natural Park.
The quite demanding high walks, such as that to Similaun (3599 m), the place where the Frozen Fritz was found, and the wide range of one-day walks suitable for families are really worth a day out.
