Cancellation

Generally we try to be as co-operative as possible, though there are EU regulations to be applied for hotel and travel cancellation. For cancellations received 45 days prior to arrival, no penalty is charged. If you have booked a holiday at the hotel and, after this term, you have to cancel, to delay the arrival or to leave earlier, hotel arrangement costs shall be charged.
If you can not start the journey or you have to delay your arrival for health reasons or for any other sound reasons, in order to avoid paying cancellation charges, we recommend a travel insurance.
