Your spa hotel in South Tyrol

Prices are valid per day/person including gourmet half board incl. value-added tax, for a minimum stay of three nights. For short-stays, we charge 10% extra. The visitor’s tax of € 3,40 per person/night (for everyone 14 years or older) is not included in our price and will be charged with your room bill directly in the hotel. 

Half-board rates for children in their parents' room with 2 full paying adults:

• From 7 to 12 years Euro 70,00
• From 13 to 16 years Euro 90,00
• 17+ years 30% discount on the price list

In the Panorama Suite Deluxe and Penthousesuite:

Upon arrival, rooms are available starting from h. 14.00 and upon departure they have to be left free by h. 11.00.

You may pay your hotel bill in cash or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, EC-card). Bank transfers and ec card payments, however, are not considered cash payments. Please note that, if you prefer transferring the money to our bank account, it must be received one day prior to your arrival. Otherwise, we cannot consider your payment as received. You will receive a discount of 1.5% for cash deposits made on arrival.

No general right of withdrawal is applicable within the framework of the consumer protection law. Generally we try to be as co-operative as possible applying the following amended cancellation policy:

• For cancellation until 30 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee is charged
• For cancellation from 30 days to 4 days prior to arrival, we charge 70 % of the total booking price
• For cancellation from 3 days prior to arrival, we charge 100 % of the total booking price
• In case of no-show or early departure, we charge 100 % of the total booking price

In order to avoid paying cancellation charges, if you cannot visit us or check in later, due to illness or for other reasons, we recommend you a travel insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung.

If you cancel your stay free of charge, we will return the deposit to your bank account.

The floor plans of the rooms are schematic, so variations are possible. All of our rooms are non-smoking.

Free internet access is available in all rooms

We have 30 underground parking spots and several covered parking spots at the hotel. One reserved underground parking spot is included in bookings of one of our suites (Penthouse, Panorama, Luxury for 2, Bellavista, Family, and Panorama Deluxe).

Pets are admitted upon request, but are not allowed in the dining room, in the lounges and on the sun-bathing lawn. Daily rate without feeding: Euro 20,00
