Haute cuisine at our restaurant in Tirolo

Combining a love of nature with exclusive service, the Hotel Patrizia philosophy reverberates throughout the hotel. It is also noticeable in the kitchen and restaurant of our hotel in Tirolo, where Chef de Cuisine Roman Heiss and his team create the most delicious dishes to surprise our guests day after day. Select natural ingredients from regional produce are combined with the most diverse local influences, as well as our most important ingredient, which is the outstanding finesse of our cooks. We appreciate quality and variety, just as our guests do. This is why we serve classic Mediterranean and Alpine cuisine and fuse it with the culinary highlights of international haute cuisine. We have decided only to offer half board, because we want you to be able to experience all that the Merano Region has on offer, without any constraints. From March till November, our breakfast can also be enjoyed on our generous sun terrace – as usual between 7.30 and 10.30 am. Our most-loved highlights are our gourmet dinners with a variety of salads and fine cheeses from the buffet, as well as our inspiring theme nights.
