Indulge in our comprehensive breakfast selection from 7.30 to 10.30 am every morning. Between March and November, we serve our delicious breakfast delights on our sunny panorama terrace, where plenty of space guarantees that each guest can find their favourite spot in the sun. A small breakfast with coffee and tea can also be enjoyed at our indoor pool site.
Light and hearty, inspired both by the Mediterranean and Alpine cuisine, our diverse gourmet dinner treats you to one culinary highlight after another – with crisp salads from the buffet and a fine selection of cheeses. The Mediterranean climate allows you to enjoy our haute cuisine dinner menu beneath the starry sky on our panorama terrace 120 days a year – it’s hard to imagine a more stunning location for a memorable meal.
Our theme nights provide even more opportunity to indulge and take your palate on a journey of discovery. Every Sunday, select haute cuisine highlights are served in the special ambience of our dining hall as part of our several-course gala dinner. Starters and desserts vary daily, fitting the theme of the night.

Our extensive wine cellar is home to a selection of over 400 select wines. The finest bottles are only waiting to be unstopped and paired with our gorgeous South Tyrolean dishes. Try our excellent South Tyrolean Lagrein Riserva from the Untermoserhof in St. Magdalena. Or would you prefer a bottle of Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru from 2012? In the afternoon, we treat guests to a selection of homemade cakes, cool ice cream creations, freshly brewed coffee, fine teas, and sparkling refreshments. Our afternoon snacks, savoury and sweet, are not included in the half board.
Between noon and 5 pm, our hearty à-la-carte menu awaits with delicious lunch and snack ideas. Enjoy your lunch break with regional delicacies and international highlights on our terrace in the South Tyrolean sun. Our à-la-carte menu is not included in the half board.
