Yes, hiking trails start right at the hotel - for example to the Hochmuth or via the Tappeinerweg. You can hike for several days from the hotel without using the car.
In the shoe cupboard at the entrance to the underground car park you will find space to store your hiking boots. There is a washing trough in our garage to clean them after a tour.
