Markets in Merano
If you really want to experience Merano, you should make time for its markets. Here you can smell the aromas of fresh bread and mountain cheese, herbs, leather and handicrafts. The large Friday market is a feast for all the senses. The Tuesday market is smaller but just as charming. From March to October, the Merano market in Freiheitsstraße invites you in – with handmade products, regional specialities and honest enjoyment straight from the producer.
With the chairlift into the Merano lifestyle
Float silently over vineyards and rooftops and right into the heart of Merano. The panoramic lift connects Dorf Tirol with the spa town and offers views that make even the journey there an experience. Once you arrive, the sweet idleness begins: take a leisurely stroll along the promenade, browse through small boutiques or enjoy a creamy ice cream. As the sun slowly sets, it’s time for an aperitif.
Dolce Vita in Bolzano
Bolzano is more than just the provincial capital. It is the lively link between north and south, between Alpine clarity and Mediterranean lifestyle. Here, markets meet fashion, history meets pleasure and German serenity meets Italian lightness.
A stroll through the leafy alleyways is a journey through the centuries. You can feel the heart of Italy beating in Piazza Walther, while pasta and Aperol accompany the day in the small trattorias.
