Special wines
For us, wine is more than just an accompaniment to food, it tells of origin, character and encounters. Our menu is a tribute to South Tyrol: to steep slopes, clear mountain air and Mediterranean light. But it also looks beyond the borders – to international labels that open up new worlds of flavour. Around 400 wines reflect passion, craftsmanship and terroir. Florian Spögler, host and wine connoisseur, has a soft spot for Pinot Noir and Riesling. Two grape varieties full of elegance and depth. A glass of wine at Patrizia is always a little journey – through South Tyrol and beyond.

Behind our carefully compiled wine list is not only a large selection, but also a passionate team with a wealth of experience. Our Patrizia wine team is led by Florian Spögler, who makes his recommendations with in-depth expertise, a keen sense of flavours and a great deal of pleasure in passing them on. Every Thursday we invite you to an exclusive wine tasting by prior arrangement. A special opportunity to make new discoveries and experience wine in all its facets.
